I was born in 1961 in Brooklyn, NY I did move around quite a bit. But in 1969 I still remember seeing the moon landing when Niel Armstrong stepped on to the moon. I was only 8 but that single event sparked something in me. Space is a huge curiosity even today. I still wonder if we are alone in the universe. It’s a daunting thought that few people except astronomers, physics and science teachers ponder as we all go through our daily lives. This book came about after a conversation with my wife. I wanted to do something completely different from my professional life. I needed an outlet to immerse myself in to drown out the world events of today. This is what was born out of that conversation.

Charlies Adventures in Sock Junction came about after a conversation with my wife. I wanted to do something completely different from my professional life. I needed an outlet to immerse myself in which included Space exploration of course. This adventure for tweens is what was born out of that conversation.
